That would be very unlikely to happen. People pull enough BS with their profile images as is. Not a day seems to go by where I don't report at least one NSFW-avatar or -background image. (I'm calling the image in the background at the top the "background image".)
And users could 'hide' a lot of stuff in images that are largely covered...

That’s an unfortunate, but understandable reason. NewGrounds has always been a bit chaos-happy, so I can see how that level of moderation would be taxing.
